CURRENT/COMMON ISSUES

-GETTING KICKED OUT OF YOUR OWN APARTMENT/HOUSE/PUBLIC AREAS/EVENTS (BUT NOT BY THE APARTMENT/HOUSE OWNER): We have found the glitch that allows people to do this and we will have it fixed soon.

-I HAVE A CREW INVITE THAT TAKES ME BACK TO THE FACEBOOK PAGE: We know, just about everyone has it right now. It’s a dead link from a nonexistent invite. We will be getting rid of it soon. Hopefully it will be gone by early this week.

***THE GAME IS SAYING THAT I ONLY HAVE ONE CREW MEMBER/WON’T LET ME BUY A HOUSE/ISN’T PAYING ME THE CORRECT AMOUNT AT THE FACTORY: This has been fixed for most users. We are aware that some of you are still being affected and we are working on getting it fixed as quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience. Getting this fixed is one of our top priorities.

-BUDDY LIST IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY: We are working on upgrading our system that handles the buddy list. Until that is completed you may experience times when it does not function. This is a major upgrade and will take a bit of time. Sorry for the inconvenience, after it is completed it will work much better than before.

-CAN’T SET MY HOUSE TO THE DEFAULT: We know, it’s broken for everyone right now. We are working on this issue and hope to have it fixed early this week as well.

-THE SERVER I AM ON IS TOO CROWDED/THINGS SLOW DOWN OR FREEZE: Please log out, select a new server (6000-8000 are usually less crowded) and log back in. We are working on automatically evening out server flow, but until that is completed to prevent crowding issues do not just click “start” to go to the default server. We know this doesn’t solve the problem but it helps until we get a fix out. Sorry for the inconvenience.

-MY NEW HOUSE IS SHOWING AS LOCKED WHEN MY FRIENDS TRY TO VISIT AND I CAN’T UNLOCK IT TO LET PEOPLE IN: This is a problem that we are looking at right now. We haven’t found out what is causing it yet, but hopefully it won’t take too long. As with any new item we usually have a few bugs to work out after release. Sorry for the inconvenience.

-WHAT HAPPENS TO MY THANKSGIVING COSTUME AFTER THE EXPIRATION DATE?: Just like the Halloween costumes, you get to keep them. You will not be able to wear them after they expire, except during certain times or special occasions when we unlock them. Since they will not be available later these costumes will become a rare item that only current players will have them. The fall/Thanksgiving decorations do not expire. They will be able to be used anytime you want.

-MY WALLS IN THE KITCHEN/BATHROOM OF MY HOUSE ARE WHITE AND PATCHY: We are aware of the issue but haven’t found what’s causing this. It is most likely part of the server issue causing you to access old picture files. We hope to have this fixed soon, though it most likely will not be this week.

-I BOUGHT A YARD ITEM FROM THE YODEPOT AND IT DOESN’T SHOW UP/LOCKS UP MY EDITING: This has been fixed now. All the items you purchased should be working fine again. Sorry for the confusion.

-I BOUGHT AN ITEM AND I NEVER GOT IT: If the purchase is recent please refresh your page and check your inventory again. Sometimes there is a slight delay. If this is an older purchase and you are SURE that you got the confirmation that it was successful but never received the item please send us your user id number, what item(s) are missing, and when you purchased them. Please don’t send us things from 3 months ago, as we will not have time to look through months worth of transactions. We must be able to verify a successful purchase took place, the item wasn’t received then sold back to the game or traded, in use ect. before any credit can be given.

-I BOUGHT A HOUSE BUT CAN NOT ACCESS IT: Please let us know if you were previously able to access it but now are unable to. If this is the case please remove any items that you placed in the house. Then send us a NEW email titled “not able to access house”, verify in the message that there are no items in your house, verify details of if you were ever able to access the house, please send your user id number and the approx date of when your purchased the house. We will then delete you house and issue a credit for the house.
